Refund Policy

Most of our work is custom made per specifications. We do not offer refunds on custom work. We will show you a proof in advance of creating that will be 99% like the piece you will get. If we cannot create a custom proof that you are happy with, will of course refund your payment. 

Non-customized pieces can be returned within 30 days for full payment. We will of course replace items that are damaged in shipping. We ask, however, that you hold on to the damaged piece for 90 days for insurance purposes (if needed).
